Tanzania Itineraries

Day 1 Arusha – Manyara

Departure from Arusha in the morning after your safari briefing for Lake Manyara. Spend the rest of the day in the park, and later leave for our camp/lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2 Manyara- Serengeti

After breakfast, leave for Serengeti, via Ngorongoro with packed lunches. We shall have an afternoon game drive enroute to our camp/lodge. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3 Serengeti

Full day in Serengeti. We shall depart our camp/lodge in the morning after breakfast with packed lunches and proceed for a full day of game viewing. Meals and overnight at our camp/lodge.

Day 4 Serengeti – Ngorongoro

After breakfast, leave for Ngorongoro, arriving for late lunch at our camp/lodge. Afternoon at leisure with an optional guided nature walk in the afternoon. Meals and overnight at our camp/lodge

Day 5 Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, we shall depart our lodge/camp with picnic lunches and proceed for a full day of game viewing down the crater. Return tour lodge/camp before dusk for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6 Ngorongoro – Arusha.

After breakfast, leave for Arusha. Lunch, and shopping .Later, transfer to the airport to connect with your flight back home.

Day 1 Arusha – Tarangire National Park

You will be picked up from your hotel in Arusha in the morning, and after safari briefing, drive to Tarangire National park, arriving for lunch then afternoon tour, dinner and over night at our camp/lodge.

Day 2 Tarangire

Early morning game drive in search of predators hunting, then return to our lodge/camp for breakfast. Rest of the mid morning spend at leisure in our camp/lodge and later lunch. In the afternoon, we shall have another game drive, and return to our camp for/lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3 Tarangire – Lake Manyara

Having spent 2 days exploring Tarangire, we shall now move in to a different park to explore its attractions.

After breakfast, leave for nearby Lake Manyara national park with packed lunches for a day of exploration. Later, leave for our camp/lodge in good time for a rest and later dinner and overnight.

Day 4 Lake Manyara – Serengeti National Park

Depart for Serengeti with packed lunch via Ngorongoro. We shall have a brief stop at Olduvai Gorge to see the earlier sign for mankind existence which discovered by Dr. Louis Leakey.

Game en-route as you are heading to Serengeti; arrive before dusk for dinner and overnight at our camp/lodge.

Day 5 Serengeti National Park

Full day tour viewing games and exploring the Seronera (central Serengeti) plains, in afternoon break for hot lunch at a nearby lodge .Late afternoon go for another tour, return before dusk for dinner and overnight at our lodge/camp.

Day 6 Serengeti – Ngorongoro

After early morning breakfast depart for Ngorongoro, arriving at our lodge/camp for late lunch.

Afternoon spend at leisure/take a guided walk around Ngorongoro highlands. Meals and overnight at our lodge/camp.

Day 7 Ngorongoro Crater Full day

After breakfast, we shall depart our lodge/camp with picnic lunches and proceed for a full day of game viewing down the crater. Return tour lodge/camp before dusk for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 8 Ngorongoro – Arusha.

After breakfast, leave for Arusha. Lunch, and shopping .Later, transfer to the airport to connect with your flight back home.

Day 1 Nairobi – Amboseli

Departure from Nairobi in the morning. Leaving Nairobi we take the Nairobi – Mombasa highway, driving past the Athi-Kapiti plains. Proceed on with our journey, branching of at Emali town and proceed on to Amboseli National park, arriving for lunch at our camp/lodge,

Afternoon game drive, and later dinner and overnight.

Day 2 Amboseli

Full day in Amboseli with morning and afternoon game drives. Meals and overnight at our camp/lodge.

Day 3 Amboseli – Arusha – Tarangire

Early breakfast, then leave for nearby Tanzania via the border post of Namanga. After clearing with immigration officials, we proceed onto Tanzania, arriving in Arusha town in good time for lunch. After lunch, we shall proceed to Tarangire National park for an afternoon of game viewing.

Dinner and overnight stay at our camp/lodge.

Day 4 Tarangire

Full day to explore Tarangire National park. We shall have an early morning game drive, then return to our lodge/camp for breakfast. Spend mid day at leisure, and lunch. We shall h have a late afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at our lodge/camp.

Day 5 Tarangire – Lake Manyara

Leisurely breakfast, and leave for nearby Lake Manyara national park for an afternoon of game viewing.

Dinner and overnight at our lodge/camp.

Day 6 Manyara – Ngorongoro

After breakfast, leave for nearby Ngorongoro area. Arrive for lunch at our camp/lodge. Afternoon, we shall have a guided nature walk . Meals and overnight at our lodge/camp.

Day 7 Ngorongoro Crater

Early breakfast, then descend the crater for a full day of game viewing. We shall have packed lunches from our camp /lodge.

The Ngorongoro Crater is often called ‘Africa’s Eden’ and the ‘8th Natural Wonder of the World,’ and is also the largest unflooded and unbroken caldera in the world…. was formed some 2.5 million years ago from a volcanic mountain sinking due to inactivity, and was initially thought to be higher than Tanzania’s famous Kilimanjaro. The crater houses 30,000 animals including the big five (rhino, elephant, buffalo, lion & leopard) and a large variety of birds, which rarely move from the area due to the availability of water through wet and dry seasons.

Day 8 Ngorongoro- Serengeti

After breakfast, leave for Serengeti national park, with lunch enroute. Afternoon game viewing enroute to our lodge/camp. Dinner and overnight stay at our camp/lodge.

Day 9 Serengeti

Full day in Serengeti. We shall depart our camp/lodge in the morning after breakfast with packed lunches and proceed for a full day of game viewing, returning to our lodge/camp before dusk for rest and later dinner.

Day 10 Serengeti – Masai Mara

Early breakfast, then leave for Masai Mara game reserve in Kenya. We shall have lunch en route and a short game drive en route to our camp/lodge in Masai Mara. Dinner and overnight stay at our camp/lodge.

Day 11 & Day 12 Masai Mara

Two full days in Masai Mara to explore. Meals and overnight stay at our camp/lodge

Day 13 Masai Mara – Naivasha

After breakfast, leave for Naivasha, arriving for late lunch at our camp/lodge in Naivasha. Afternoon at leisure, with an optional boat ride at Lake Naivasha. Meals and overnight stay at our camp/lodge in Naivasha.

Day14 Naivasha – Lake Nakuru National Park

After an early breakfast, leave for nearby Lake Nakuru national park for a day of game viewing.

Later, leave the park in good time for dinner and overnight stay at our camp in Nakuru.

Day 15 Day Excursion to Lake Bogoria

After breakfast, leave for Lake Bogoria for a day excursion with packed lunches. Key attractions at the lake include the hot springs and geysers as well as birdlife; flamingos. The scenery is also an attraction on its own. Return to Nakuru in good time for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 16 Nakuru – Olpejeta

Breakfast, and leave for Ol-Pejeta Conservancy, arriving for lunch at our camp/lodge. Afternoon game drive, with a visit to the chimpanzee sanctuary located in the conservancy.

Day 17 Ol Pejeta- Samburu

After an early breakfast, leave for Samburu game reserve further north, with a short game drive enroute. Lunch at our camp/lodge, then an afternoon game drive. Meals and overnight stay at our camp.

Day 18 Samburu

Full day in Samburu to explore the park’s attractions. We shall have an early morning game drive and an afternoon game drive. Meals and overnight stay at our camp/lodge

Day 19 Samburu – Nyeri (Solio Ranch)

Early morning game drive, then return to our lodge/camp for breakfast. Later, leave for Nyeri, and after lunch proceed for a game viewing at Solio ranch.

Meals and overnight stay at our camp/lodge.

Day 20 Nyeri – Nairobi, fly back home.

After breakfast, we leave for Nairobi. We shall have lunch enroute. Later, drop off at the airport to connect with your flight back home.
